2. Disclaimer of Liability

2.1. All information in the app is obtained from public sources, manufacturer databases, scientific publications, and our analysis algorithms. We strive to keep the data accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

2.2. Product formulations can change at any time without notice. The manufacturer is the only authoritative source of information about its products.

2.3. Mia and its developers bear no responsibility for:

  • Any decisions you make based on the app’s information;
  • Allergic reactions, health complications, or any adverse effects on pregnancy or your child’s health;
  • Any consequences resulting from the use or non-use of information provided by Mia.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract our database in an automated way;
  • Misrepresent or publicly share inaccurate analysis results from Mia.
